Terms and Conditions

Sabine’s Seasonal Porch provides seasonal porch decoration services, which may include (but are not limited to) design, delivery, installation, and removal of decorative items. Specific items, dates, and scope are defined in the individual booking or invoice.

• A booking is confirmed only once payment (or a specified deposit) is received.
   
• Unless otherwise stated, full payment is due prior to installation.
   
• Prices are listed per season and per installation and are non-negotiable once confirmed.
   

• Cancellations made more than 7 days before installation may receive a partial refund, excluding any non-refundable materials already purchased.
   
• Cancellations within 7 days of installation are non-refundable.
   
• Once installation has taken place, no refunds will be issued.
   

Porch decorations are exposed to weather and outdoor conditions. While care is taken to select appropriate materials:

• Normal wear, fading, or damage due to weather, wildlife, irrigation systems, or foot traffic is not the responsibility of Sabine’s Seasonal Porch.
   
• Severe weather (e.g., storms, high winds, flooding) may require rescheduling installation or removal for safety reasons.
   

• Seasonal removal is included only if stated in the service description.
   
• Removal will occur within a reasonable window at the end of the season, based on scheduling and weather conditions.
   
• Decorations left beyond the agreed removal period may incur additional fees.
   

• Sabine’s Seasonal Porch is not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from interaction with the decorations after installation.
   
• The client agrees to hold Sabine’s Seasonal Porch harmless from claims arising from normal use of outdoor decorations.
   

Minor substitutions may be made due to availability of plants or décor items, while maintaining the overall style and value of the agreed package.
